Heart Potted plant felt hair clip

Our cute heart hair clip is great for keeping those bangs out of your cutie's eyes and can even be attached to a head band. Each clip has a single pronged alligator clip measures 1 3/4 inch long and is fully lined with grosgrain ribbon. The ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. If.
